Used as food stabilizer, chelating agent, mildew suppressor, buffer, fragrance agent, corrosion inhibitor; Calcium acetate is also a good calcium fortifying agent for food, and its absorption effect is better than inorganic calcium. It can be used as infant food, and the usage is 33.0 ~ 6.0g/kg (calculated by element calcium, the same below); In cereal and its products, it is 1.6 ~ 3.2g/kg;
