Calcium stearate is white particle or powder, insoluble in hot water, ethyl alcohol and other organic solvents.
Special Instruction: Granular high-purity calcium stearate is the unique calcium stearate product of the company.
Volatile matter≤0.5%.

It can be used as stabilizer and lubricant in poly(vinyl chloride), as halogen absorbent for poly(ethylene) and polypropylene.
For volatile matter content is lower than 0.5%, granular calcium stearate is suitable for occasions where good production
environment, low volatile matter content and high accuracy of measuring are required.

Application

1.Calcium Stearate is widely used as a heat stabilizer in PVC rigid products, with salt-based lead salts and lead soap, it can improve the gelation speed.
2.As a halogen absorber in polypropylene and polyethylene, it can eliminate the negative effects of residual catalysts in the resin on the colour and stability of the resin.
3.Also used as a lubricant for polyolefin fibres and mouldings.
4.Used as a mould release agent, plasticizer, thickening agent for grease, waterproofing agent for textiles, smoothing agent for paint industry, etc. in rubber processing.
